At Graceful Seams Co., each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we want to ensure clarity around our return and refund process.

 

Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is handmade, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as final sale

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
